- Platypus Media accepts the following methods of payment:
- Encrypted Credit Card - sends your order and credit information encrypted to Platypus Media for verification and payment.
- Pay Pal - is a secure payment services that allows you to send and receive payments throught the Internet. You set up an account with them that you manage and can view, access and use at any time. This allows you to pay many online companies at a time. For more information, click on Pay Pal
- Mail-In Check/Money Order - allows you to mail in a check or money order (NO CASH PLEASE) directly to Platypus Media along with a printed copy of your order from the shopping cart. The mailing address is:

- I will call you with my credit card information - allows you to call Platypus Media with your credit card information. The toll free number is: 877-872-8977.
- I will fax credit card information with my order - allows you to fax Platypus Media with your order and credit card information. The fax number is: 202-546-2356.
- Credit Card Charges
- Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment, not at the time of your order. Notice of out of stock or back orders will be emailed to you, if applicable. At the time, you will have an option to cancel your order, wait for a back order or change your current order.
- Sales Taxes
- Currently, sales tax is only applicable for residents of Washington DC. The current tax is 6%. It will automatically be added to your invoice upon completion of the address information
- Receipt/Invoice Copy
- You will receive notice by email of your status, total and order. To print a copy of your receipt, merely click on the "Print" button while in Shopping Cart, under View Total.
