1. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
2. Shipping is added at actual cost, via Federal Express Air or Ground or USPS, from zip code 20002 (orders under 50 books) or UPS Air or Ground or USPS, from zip code 12919 (orders over 50 books).
3. This is the 'cash with order' reseller/bulk buyer discount schedule. All orders must include company check or credit card information. Purchase orders accepted from government/institutional accounts.
4. All orders are non-returnable, except for damaged books; claims should be filed with the carrier immediately if noticed, within 15 days regardless.
5. Titles may be combined to achieve greater discount levels.
6. This information sheet is effective as of January 1, 2007.
